Register a Complaint with the Fitness Standards Council

Are you aware of low standards, incompetence or even fraud with a fitness practitioner, facility or educator? If so, please e-mail or snail-mail us the details, including names, times, dates and details behind the inappropriate actions. Refer to the related standard or ethical concern in your submission. Point-form or short-form details are sufficient. Your name will remain confidential if possible and if requested.

Please do not under-estimate the seriousness of filing a report. If the incident or the allegations are believed to be true and with honest intent to uphold quality standards and ethics in the fitness industry, then a report should be filed and we encourage as much. If allegations are created in order to initiate public mischief, then the proper authorities will be contacted and criminal charges may be laid.

A report can be made with an individual, company, corporation or institute registered with the FSC or not registered with the FSC. A report filed against a person or entity not registered with the FSC will remain on file in the event that said person or entity registers with the FSC at a later date. At that time the incident report will be brought to his, her or its attention and the person or entity will need to demonstrate good intentions and the ability to comply with the standards and ethics of the FSC.
